Charcuterie boxes and grazing platters have taken over in the last few years – whether you’re looking for a treat to make an intimate night or social gathering that extra bit special, or you want a centrepiece at a party to wow your guests, then an impressive grazing platter is what you need! If you’re in Kent, I want to introduce you to the small business you need to have on your radar: Prinsa’s Celebrations.
Prinsa’s Celebrations is a small family business run by Prinsa. She grew up in Nepal where cheese was not popular nor readily available, and didn’t have her first taste of cheese until she was 10 years old! It wasn’t until she was older, studying in the US, that she again tried cheese and began to fall in love. From there her cheese story blossomed, up until recently when she decided to take the plunge and start Prinsa’s Celebrations: a small, mum run business that truly appreciates the joy that well presented, well paired food can bring!
Prinsa’s celebrations offers different sized grazing boxes full of delicious cheeses, meats, fruits and treats, each box being completely bespoke and freshly prepared, bringing the finest of ingredients to charcuterie boxes in Gravesend. They can also cater for events, setting up impressive grazing tables to make a centrepiece of edible art at your party or event. They’re able to cater for different dietary requirements too, even creating tasty vegan boxes!
Prinsa’s Celebrations is based in Gravesend, in Kent. Boxes will need to be collected from their address, or local delivery can be arranged for a small fee.
If you’re local to Gravesend and looking for charcuterie boxes I HIGHLY recommend Prinsa’s Celebrations!
Prinsa kindly reached out and offered to gift me her aptly named Holiday box ahead of the festive season. The box was quick to arrange, and Prinsa made sure to check there were no dietary requirements or allergies she needed to be aware of. I’m based in Ebbsfleet, so the box was easy to collect from her home in Gravesend, which is on a residential street with plenty of unmonitored street parking.
I can honestly say that the box was truly spectacular and beyond my expectations. It was beautifully presented in a brown box, with a ribbon and dried orange tied around it. Once opened you can truly appreciate the beauty of the box: each of the elements intertwined and arranged in a way that complement each other and invite you to enjoy them.
Our Holiday charcuterie box was full of delicious cheese and meat, fresh and juicy fruit, chocolate treats, crispy crackers, olives seasoned to dare I say perfection and so much more. Every mouthful was an exploration of taste and flavours, and we seemed to keep finding more treats to enjoy each time we took something out.
Simply put: I cannot recommend these enough. If you’re looking for charcuterie boxes in Gravesend, Prinsa’s Celebrations are who you need.
