You might have heard of Broadditch Farm for it’s seasonal events (they were THE place to go for their live performance Halloween scare fest back when I was a teenager!), or maybe you live locally and love the fresh farm produce, but did you know that for Christmas they turn their barn into a winter wonderland Christmas shop and festive food hall?! PS – read to the end to see a video tour!
Upon entering the large barn that houses the Broadditch Farm Christmas Shop and Festive Food Hall, you’ll see an array of real Christmas trees! Here you can choose from the many Christmas Trees on offer (we got one for £40 so they’re really reasonably priced!), or alternatively, use the trees as a great festive photo backdrop!
You are first signposted into the food hall which is full of festive delights – from cheeses and chutneys to sweet treats galore, there’s food for the whole Christmas season. Plenty of choice and some really great stocking fillers. We’ve stocked up on some unique crackers for our cheese board, as well as some festive shortbread!
The next room is full of my toddler’s favourite – the little electronic winter scenes. You know the ones – with trains that go in and out of tunnels, and little dancing children swirling like a jewellery box ballerina. The pinnacle of Christmas, in my opinion, and yes – we did come home with one!
The next room is full of fairy lights, light up decorations and electronic snow globes. There was so much choice and everything was really well priced for what it was, too.
On to the next room full of tinsel, wreaths and more! I thought this was going to be the end of the Christmas Shop but oh how wrong I was as the next (and main!) room is FULL to the brim of decor. It was so much more impressive than I expected – there’s so much choice! Wall to ceiling full of decor, organised in different colour schemes and sections.
Whether you just need a few decorations, some lights or you’re kitting your whole house out, they’ll probably have what you need. I was particularly impressed with the children’s sections where they have some little craft kits, window stickers, Santa stop here signs as well as more child friendly decorations and PLENTY more. Everything was really reasonably priced (cheaper than I was expecting!) and I would definitely recommend!
PS – Look out for the goodest little doggo working at the checkout desk when you pay. 🐶
The address for Broadditch Farm is Broadditch Farm, New Barn Road, Southfleet, Kent, DA13 9PU.
You’ll find the Broadditch Farm Christmas Shop and Festive Food Hall in their large barn – it’s straight in front of you as you drive in and well signposted. You really can’t miss it!
There is free on site parking, with extra car parking space round the back of the barn too. It’s all well signposted!

Broadditch Farm, as well as their Christmas Shop and Festive Food Hall, are open 9am-5pm Monday – Saturday and 10am-4pm on Sundays.
Finish your visit with a trip to the Broadditch Farm Farm Shop for fresh fruit and veg or you could even treat yourself to a coffee and lunch in Manor Farm Barn which is right next door.
There’s also a duck pond over the road (be careful crossing the road with little ones – cars tend to go at quite a speed down that road!) with some play equipment.
